SECURING EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT TO MAXIMIZE RETURN ON INVESTMENT

Research: The Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) will share their research on employee engagement.  More than four out of five organizations consider employee engagement to be of high or very high importance towards achieving business results.  Worse yet, only a third of the organizations see their workforce as highly engaged and nearly 23% reported employees as disengaged or minimally engaged.  The presentation will look at their findings, "high performing organizations" vs. "low performing organizations", and discuss recommendations for building a highly engaged workforce.

Case Study: The second presentation will discuss employee engagement at Connecticut based ConnectiCare.  The presentation will cover how they define employee engagement, how they measure it, and the steps ConnectiCare has taken to achieve business results.
