Twenty-eight participants completed a survey using a rating scale of 1-10, ten being strongly agree, and one the session not at all meeting expectations.

Overall, the reaction to this event was extremely positive with all survey participants rating the session as seven or above. Members stated they had a very positive experience with the speaker, venue and utilizing the event as a network opportunity with other senior level HR professionals and peers. The session was “better than expected” and described as a great inaugural event; inspirational and satisfying.
