On August 1, 2007, Beth Carlson joined the Human Resource Planning Society of Western New England Board of Directors. Beth Carlson serves as Vice President, Talent Management and Development for The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. In her role, she leads strategic and integrated talent management and development initiatives, practices and programs to achieve superior business results and maximize organizational performance. Her work impacts the company’s 30,000 employees worldwide.
