Membership Qualifications

HPRS-WNE is a membership organization. Successful candidates for membership in HRPS-WNE should: 

  1. be senior practitioners with broad influence within and across their organizations.
  2. be employed at the top 2-3 layers of organizational leadership in HR or a related function.
  3. have been demonstrably successful at aligning HR with business outcomes, and have strong relationships with senior business leaders.

What do you get for your membership fee?

  • $395 provides outstanding educational sessions over the program year (January to December),prorated to $195 if applying for half-year membership from July 1st-December 31st and $100 for the last quarter.
  • Each program session offers ample opportunities to network and problem solve with senior-level HR colleagues in a relaxed setting.
  • The opportunity to bring a guest to an HRPS-WNE program once each year free.
  • The option to send a colleague in your place to any HRPS-WNE program session free.
  • Access to speaker information and presentation materials, including PowerPoint presentations from past HRPS-WNE programs covering hot topics and other areas of interest to our members.
  • Membership in the HRPS-WNE Online Community - a discussion bulletin board to connect our members and their concerns and questions.
  • Discounted registration for HR Planning Society (HRPS) meetings and conferences and access to the HRPS affiliates Web site. This site includes a members-only Resource Library containing notes and presentation materials for all affiliate meetings and conferences and a direct link to the Syndicated Research Group’s human capital strategies library.
  • Access to contact information for fellow HRPS-WNE members and organizations. All individual and organizational membership information is strictly confidential and is to be used only for HRPS-WNE purposes and member-to-member support. Use of this information for vendor or other non-HRPS-WNE Board approved solicitation is prohibited.
