Our morning program on November 18 will feature an “inside-outside” look at employee engagement processes and practices. Our speakers include Bob Gandossi, practice leader at Hewitt Associates and leader of the Hewitt Engagement process, along with our own Board member, Beth Frechette, who leads the employee engagement process for Pratt & Whitney. Bob and Beth will present their approaches and experience, followed by a dialogue with participants.
